American Baptist Churches USA: American Baptist Churches believe that the local congregation is the fundamental unit of mission and our priority as a denomination is to affirm, support, and challenge congregations as they live out their mission in "Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth."

 


 

American Baptist Women's Ministries: American Baptist Women's Ministries are women involved in mission and service ministries, there are so many ways to serve God's world! Opportunities for women to serve the Lord can be encouraged through women's ministries in a congregation.

 


 

The California State Baptist Convention: The California State Baptist Convention provides various programs, training and conferences. As will as information about what is going on at various churches in the Bay Area and state.

 


 

National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc.: Founded in 1886, the National Baptist Convention, USA, Inc. (Convention) is the nation's oldest and largest African American religious convention with an estimated membership of 7.5 million.

NAACP: The National Association for the Advancement for Colored People NAACP can assist you from the ballot box to the classroom, the dedicated workers, organizers, and leaders who forged this great organization and maintain its status as a champion of social justice, fought long and hard to ensure that the voices of African Americans would be heard. For nearly one hundred years, it has been the talent and tenacity of NAACP members that has saved lives and changed many negative aspects of American society.

 


 

The African American Community Health Advisory Committee: Comprised of residents of San Mateo County, is dedicated to addressing issues impacting our community's health. Therefore, it is our mission to create an awareness of the major health concerns and issues affecting African Americans, and to actively seek and promote a more healthful lifestyle. We accomplish this by being advocates for education, increased access to health resources and support for the individual.
