Wednesday in the Word

Look at my servant, whom I have strengthened. He is my chosen one, who pleases me. I have put my spirit upon him. He will bring justice to the nations.

In a world where things are changing rapidly, where the fast pace of living has become hectic, and where it’s so easy to feel left behind, left out; then a sense of bewilderment creeps into life.

Cast all your anxiety on Him because He Cares for You.

But I will send the Advocate, the Spirit of Truth. He will come to you from the Father and will testify all about me.

Then turning to the disciples, Jesus said to them privately, “Blessed are the eyes that see what you see! For I tell you that many prophets and kings desired to see what you see, but did not see it, and to hear what you hear, but did not hear it.

REMEMBER NOT THE FORMER THINGS, NOR CONSIDER THINGS OF OLD. BEHOLD, I AM DOING A NEW THING; NOW IT’S SPRINGING FORTH, DO YOU NOT SEE IT? I WILL MAKE A WAY IN THE WILDERNESS AND RIVERS IN THE DESERT.
